By visiting our website at laredofencebuilder.com, requesting a quote, or entering into a service agreement with JC Laredo Fence Builder ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our site.
JC Laredo Fence Builder provides residential and commercial fencing services in Laredo, TX and the surrounding area, including but not limited to fence installation, fence repair, fence replacement, gate installation, and related work. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written estimate or contract provided to the customer before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All written estimates provided by JC Laredo Fence Builder are based on the information available at the time of the site visit or consultation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may change if conditions differ from those present during the estimate, including but not limited to: discovery of underground obstructions or utilities not marked at the time of the visit, customer-requested changes to scope or materials, permit fee changes, or site access issues.
Any changes to the originally quoted scope or price will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work proceeds. We do not perform work outside the agreed scope without customer authorization.
We will make reasonable efforts to begin and complete work on the agreed schedule. Delays may occur due to weather, permit processing times, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any known delays to the customer as soon as possible.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for materials already ordered and labor already performed.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, or extreme heat that poses a safety risk to our crew.
Payment terms are specified in each written estimate or contract. For most residential projects, a deposit is required before materials are ordered, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and customer walk-through.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract. Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may result in a service hold and may be subject to a late fee as stated in the contract.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with collecting overdue payments, including reasonable attorney fees, if collection action becomes necessary.
Before work begins, customers are responsible for:
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground utilities or private lines. Any delays or additional costs resulting from customer-side issues will be addressed through a written change order.

The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by: acts of nature (including high winds, flooding, or storms), vehicle impact, vandalism, improper use, alterations made by the customer or a third party, or failure to maintain the fence as recommended. Our website and all other representations are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
